The bank is thinking about whether they will let him go forward now, or he has to wait till the IRS reports back that it's all taken care of. The loan officer told me that can take 30 days. In the meantime, we are in dire straits now because we had to close our business because we thought we were leaving. So we're now unemployed. The seller of the house we're trying to buy had a coniption that we couldn't close and he took a back-up offer and is demanding we give him a new closing date. Which we can't because Bob's bank has not commited to anything. So we could lose the house. Is this surreal or what?Greener Pastures--A City Girl Goes Countryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05448845964131250749noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6739655481104184892.post-63136915071771345332011-10-21T21:36:40.524-05:002011-10-21T21:36:40.524-05:00Thanks, Mom, I did. Trucks are good for music and crying! I like my Sirius, too, in the truck, anyway, since there aren't any radio stations out here, hardly. And I bet you miss your mom so much. And yes, Philip was somethin' else. He would have made you laugh so hard!
PS I am dying to know what the latest scoop is on your farm. Praying for you. Hoping for the best for both of us. Wouldn't it be great to have those places purchased by the people who have been longing for those farms their whole life???gingerhillery@mac.comhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11058818226976530765noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6739655481104184892.post-3157838927237252372011-10-21T21:32:33.750-05:002011-10-21T21:32:33.750-05:00Grief IS weird. It's got Sirius radio in it and I like to listen to 60s and 70s music. It brings me back to a time where I couldn't imagine the pain I was going to later experience in life. A time of innocence. It makes me think of my mother. I cry constantly in the truck. But it feels good.

Philip was somethin'.Greener Pastures--A City Girl Goes Countryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05448845964131250749noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6739655481104184892.post-9766920832290723672011-10-21T20:57:13.438-05:002011-10-21T20:57:13.438-05:00It isn't strange, it is God.
